Our History
BAiTZ® is a dream come true. Luly and Paco, a couple since 2014, were always looking for entrepreneurial opportunities. After several trials and attempts with different businesses, we established our own in the midst of the pandemic in 2020. More than just a brand, we are a community that provides you with a healthy lifestyle in a simple and effective way. All your BAiTZ® products are made with premium, natural ingredients of the highest quality.

2020
In April 2020, in the midst of the pandemic, we decided to listen to our entrepreneurial spirit and transform grandma's snack recipe, giving it a modern touch focused on a healthy lifestyle.
Our first snacks are from our YOUR EVERYDAY SNACK line. They're made with 70% cacao chocolate and premium ingredients. Whether you're looking for an energy boost or a moment of self-care, these snacks are the perfect companions. We began expanding our products in supermarkets across Mexico with great success.
2022
In mid-2022, we created Spicy BAiTZ®️ within the same YOUR EVERYDAY SNACK line. Our delicious snacks have surprised everyone and made them feel at home. Spicy BAiTZ®️ are Strawberry, Pineapple, Mango, and Dehydrated Medjool Dates with chili powder without red coloring. Step by step, BAITZ began to be recognized throughout Mexico.
2023
In 2023 we launched a new product line: BAiTZ®️: YOUR EVERYDAY NUTRITION-B COMPLETE.

After extensive research and laboratory testing in conjunction with food engineers and nutritionists, we created an easy, efficient, and quick way to supplement your daily nutrition with three delicious products. We started with Complete Greens, a green juice powder with probiotics and prebiotic fiber that provides you with many vitamins, a healthy digestive system, and much more. We also launched two delicious protein shakes, Complete Cacao and Vanilla Shake, which contribute to your daily protein needs.

Being one of the favorite products at the “Central Market Supplier Holiday and Showcase Annual Event”, we shipped our first order to Central Market stores in Texas, and we are currently expanding around the USA.
Today, BAiTZ is recognized for its excellent products with a unique flavor and meticulous design in every package. The brand has a presence in Mexico and is also expanding into the United States.
